Q: Do you ship internationally? What is the price of shipping?
A: Yes, Xiaooyuart ships internationally from Canada. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated during check out based on your address and the size of the package. All packages will be sent with Canada Post.
Depending on your location, you may also be asked to pay customs fees and duties.
Q: Do you accept refunds?
A: All items are final sale.
Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A: Canada and the US: 7-10 days from date of shipping notice.
All other countries, shipping time may vary due to COVID-19 delays and other shipping factors.
Customers are responsible for providing the right address. Once shipment is dispatched, I will not be able to alter the address details. If you notice an error, please email me as soon as possible.
Q: A print in your shop is sold out or unavailable. What should I do?
A: As a new small business owner, I stock limited quantities of my prints, which may result in some selling out and becoming unavailable in the online shop. Please know that I will diligently keep track of the inventory, and I will send out announcements when I have certain items restocked.
Q: In the shipping page, the dropdown menu to choose a region does not show my region.
A: Sorry for the inconvenience. International shipping is limited to certain countries at this time, and shipping has not yet become available in your zone. Please send an email to xiaooyuart@gmail.com for support.
Q: After I enter my address, I get a prompt that says "This order can't be shipped to the address you entered".
A: Please double check your address for errors. The reason may also be that international shipping has not yet become available in your zone. Please send an email to xiaooyuart@gmail.com for support.
